How do teams like Paradigm who have quite a few OSS projects (foundry, reth) think of other core contributors? Do they just straight hire them or compensate them in some way?

I’m not as familiar with how Paradigm handles OSS contributors – it’s been a few months since I was there + georgios ran his own hiring process.

Directionally, I believe there are a few contributors who are paid as contractors and very actively co-building those projects, and others who are just chipping in with open source contributions.
