My experience so far: - Demand for web3 talent is up through Q1. - Most open roles: product/eng/design and GTM (BizDev + marketing). - Supply of talent entering web3 is flat; web2 talent hard to attract. The next 3-6 months will be a slog until crypto gets back into mainstream and we see an influx of new talent.

I can certainly confirm your points. But I don't really see projects trying to attract web2 talent honestly, let's say, outside of engineering (there yes).

Broadly, yes. Anyone with skills traditionally found in web2 that can be used in web3, and I include graphic/visual designers. Most likely teams want this on a contract basis because they may not have a full-time need for it OR they try to roll this in a Product Design role that can do a bit of graphic on the side.

Usually when they try to roll graphics to a product designer you can always kinda tell πŸ˜… (Unless your my friend Lauren who’s studied both graphics + product)
