I love meeting new people and helping build inspiring companies where people can be their best selves and work on things they find motivating.

Successful companies beget more successful companies – e.g. Coinbase, 0x, and many others now have former employees starting their own companies (including Farcaster!). Those folks can bring those lessons with them to their future teams and build strong organizations.

I think crypto will make a huge difference in the world, and that motivates me – both from the technology perspective and the opportunity to build companies that bring best practices from web2 + combine new elements of web3.
