First tap the arrow/or 3 dot icon on the right side of the notification and select “see less often”

Then go to settings>notifications>preferences>push notifications > then toggle moments

You can also go to settings>notifications>filters> muted notifications > then toggle you don’t follow

Tap "See less often" on purple star notifications.
Settings > Notifications > Preferences > Disable "Highlights".
Disable "Recommendations" under Push notifications.
Block accounts for unwanted notifications.
Mute notifications: Settings > Notifications > Filters/Muted.
