It doesn't matter; we want to feel we’re doing the best we are aware of, and for a lot of people, the correlation between fitness and fitness is real (confidence, health, structure, etc.). But the person beneath chose to go to the gym and they could choose to go to the library

I'm not sure founders have time to get ripped. Some founders, spend too much time on their projects, to the benefit of their users, and not enough time on themselves. Balance is key, and the founders that find that balance will be around longer than the others that do not.
