8-9 years ago when my gf informed me my snooze pressing was disturbing her sleep (i was working much earlier than her at the time) so i forced myself out of bed like a robot, for her sake, and everything snowballed from there - i just kept adding more mandatory parts to the morning routine taught me that actions before attitude/belief can lead to the same bundled result, you don’t need to believe the ‘why’ or truly ‘want’ to do it, if it’s the right thing to do, just do it, and the flywheel starts
