Really been enjoying the Meta Ray-Bans lately, need to wear them more often, sometimes I wish I got the clear to make them more practical vs. the sunglasses Being able to easily capture photos and videos + ask an assistant questions with context of what I’m looking at and where I am + listening to music and taking calls is pretty awesome

Are they really good for taking calls? And do you find these to work better than taking calls on AirPods? fyi I’m always on the lookout for the best way to take calls unencumbered

@sahilk best audio input for walking i've found in a convenient form factor. Audio output I would say is worse and generally below average but for me plenty sufficient for phone calls. I listen to music with them too, but if my only intention was to listen to music on a walk I'd bring my airpods instead of ray ban m's

That’s unexpected but so cool. I’ve had too many people tell me my voice goes all muffled when I’m taking calls on airpods I’ve been looking for something better and tbh would never have thought of the ray ban metas had I not come across @zinger ‘s cast

yea was surprising to me too but true, @phil originally rec'd to me, also in the interim if you haven't tried voice isolation mode by any chance it can help the airpods pretty significantly, but maybe you've already done that

+1 on voice isolation mode, feels like a lot of people still don’t know about it Would be neat if Apple auto-suggested turning it on if they detect a lot of noise on your end
