This happened to me and my bff when we auditioned to The Amazing Race. Auditions were on stage in front of everyone at the largest shopping center in the state. There was a massive crowd and we were nervous af. While waiting for our turn, we found a bar and took a shot to calm our nerves. The wait was a lot longer than planned, one shot turned into many, and well, let's just say we were shockingly not chosen to be on the show.

That’s hilarious. 😆 The speech was supposed to be “informative.” I thought that doing a speech about how not to be nervous while publicly speaking was brilliant. Problem was, speaking about nervousness made me nervous. I choked, and did worse than the drunk kid. And it was like, obviously what you just said doesn’t work
