This is the proper response.  The only other issue is the time value of $Degen.

airdrop 2 tips can be claimed in a couple of weeks; for this reason, claimable tips should be treated differently from actual, honest to god $degen sent via a wallet (ie, Jeeves). see pinned for a lot of chewy info.

tips are vested and fees also covered. Tips are not from your wallet.

Yes arguably more value as it’s locked until airdrop 2 and has no cost to send as a tip.

I think tips are simply summed up until the airdrop claim. So it should be the same amount of $DEGEN in the end. But you can add DEGEN you already own to a LP on Uniswap, which gives you further points towards airdrop 2.

1 $DEGEN = 1 $DEGEN

it just doesn't come out of my pocket, it's allocated to you (by me) as part of the second airdrop

1205 $degen (and whatever else you've been tipped) will land in your wallet at the end of Feb, I believe. Tipping is an airdrop distribution strategy.
