my buddy and i ate our weight in Korean BBQ last week and then walked 5 miles afterward. but the walk wasn't planned, we wanted to go to a record store at 6:30 but it had closed at 6 unbeknownst to us!

I got that way when I was on a swim team, which caught up with me as soon as I got an injury. But that was also a lot more calories than a 15 minute walk.
