In my experience, it depends on every patient Where are you aching? In my case it’s around the hips, QL and Neck/Upper back That’s the best start Yoga should cover all basics tho

Tom Merrick on YouTube has great routines, most are quick, ranging from 5-30mins, some are all body and others are for specific aches Highly recommend the hip mobility routine
