My goal is to read 1 page per night Usually end up reading for 15-20 mins. Sometimes for an hour. Sometimes really only that 1 page. But it keeps the momentum going

It's supposed to protect the stakeholders and the bank from being "punished" by doing the right thing IMO there are still problems in the best case because the regulators and secrecy could make things way worse But in this case it's being twisted in bad faith to prevent transparency

I was bummed that Erik backed off that point Crypto debanking was absurd. My friend made crypto-themed keychains and got his bank account closed. Keychains! Banks and fintechs (and adjacent) like PayPal, Patreon, and others punished users for private social media posts. etc Debanking was becoming normalized

They all have key metrics but they also rely on each for tasks and that's where I see the friction. I guess I am not thrilled about running a months (?) long experiment that based on what I have already seen could very possibly go poorly and then ultimately hurt high performers' morale by having to roll it back.
