Good summary on the various options - that was kinda my read as well especially for upper / lower body... for those upper body days it sounds like you have to move a lot of weight if you want to cover everything Might try a hybrid 5 day upper/lower where one of the upper body days is broken up across 2 days

Realized I’ve been doing push/pull/legs workout splits for years (as opposed to upper body / lower body, etc) It’s nice because you easily hit every muscle but have to workout a full 6 times / week to hit each muscle group twice … kind of a lot and missing here and there unbalances you What are other good ones?

I never used to get sick I lowkey didnt believe people when they said they were sick. Like I thought it was a collective lie we pretended adults could be too sick to do stuff and not be hospitalized I’ve been sick more times in my few years as a parent than the rest of my life combined. What the hell

One reason there’s still outsized potential for returns in crypto is access to global liquidity that other asset classes simply don’t have Also why parochial TradFi markets becoming cryptofied is programmed in

Question is how? Worst case unlock period for ETH is around 1 month. Inability to redeem in 30+ days would not be “sufficient” under current regs and norms Depending how the chips fall something like staked SOL (3 day unlock worst case might be a more viable product than staked ETH Or they’ll update the rules

CBOE proposed a rule change that would allow ETFs to stake crypto They completely punted on the liquidity question, saying: “The Sponsor expects to maintain sufficient liquidity in The Trust to satisfy redemptions and current liabilities” https://cdn.cboe.com/resources/regulation/rule_filings/pending/2025/SR-CboeBZX-2025-038.pdf

These same coins the US gov says they are not selling triggered a huge dump a while back over fears they were quietly selling … Now they’re officially not selling and market dumping

When my son was 2 I'd hear him laugh from the other room and think "that's sweetest sound in the world" Now he's 3 and I think "the Devil himself has entered my child and something terrible is about to happen"

Book 2 a bit of a slow burn as well, plot wise, but it would be a better starter book to the series as you def get a better sense of the universe the stories take place in

Deep into The Culture series rn Epic space operas and sci-fi that takes non-human intelligence seriously. 10/10 1st book, Consider Phlebas, is kind of a side quest, told from the perspective of a Culture antagonist, distinct from the other books. I enjoyed it as a story on its own and it warms you up to the saga
