I like full body compound movements every time, mostly only going to 75% Max... Push it to try and progress that once a week.

Sounds hardcore I couldn't even think of enough of those to build a whole workout. What else is "full body compound" besides deadlift, clean, squat press , ?

It's actually pretty straightforward... Didn't mention that it's also body weight based... Pushups, pull ups/rows, squats/lunges, hip hinge/deadlifts... Cycle through variants/progressions of each with added weight/band resistance as needed... Will throw in targeted movements throughout the day if I feel my arms/calves aren't getting what they need
