Interesting. I actually work my big toes a lot through bouldering and style of shoe Couldn’t put to words why spend a lot of my mobility time in toe flexion but this certainly helps 200 $degen

For me ankle and hip mobility have been problematic Ankles from basketball injuries and hips from sitting for 12+ hours a day for the majority of my life

That’s so good for you. Reflecting on bouldering I can see why this would be so helpful, yet I never thought about this in relation to that before!!
