Interesting. I actually work my big toes a lot through bouldering and style of shoe Couldn’t put to words why spend a lot of my mobility time in toe flexion but this certainly helps 200 $degen

For me ankle and hip mobility have been problematic Ankles from basketball injuries and hips from sitting for 12+ hours a day for the majority of my life

I believe it was working for over 1yr from home on a metal bar stool that accelerated my disc degeneration 🫠 Sitting too much rly sucks for you 😭
