I know it’s been a trend, but not going into the mushroom replacements yet. I’d probably do something more like Chai before I go that route

I think I had some sorta instant mushroom coffee awhile back. I’ll see if I can figure out what it was.

On my recent trip to Denver I was introduced to HUCK (Huckleberry roasters) -  Their phantom limb instant was very good (but expensive)
