2/3 Degen L3 is in a tough spot. We’ve received terrible service from our providers, and apologies aren’t cutting it. Outages and lost user funds are unacceptable, especially from companies claiming to specialize in this.

3/3 I take part of the blame for not addressing these issues sooner, but enough is enough. We’re doing a major shake-up in the coming weeks to ensure we get the best service possible. This won’t be a quick fix, but we will turn things around. Apologies to everyone affected!

Wow really respect the accountability and statement to find a better path moving forward. Still extremely bullish on Degen L3 in the long-term - think its the right call to really own the reigns here and find the best stack thats optimized for full ownership and success (and failures)! 1000 $DEGEN

Good to see you calling this out publicly. As someone who’s deployed on Degen (/degen-punks ) I’m hesitant to deploy anything again because of the ongoing issues. 77 $DEGEN

thank you for addressing this. It is hard for users and builders alike to see this happening. Maybe the wrong time to mention, but there's no right time to mention it... Refunding 100% of "lost" funds is a worrying precedent *especially* when Degen project did not accumulate those wayward funds. Humbly suggest moving expectations next time to a 50-80% reimbursement rate for innocent users
