2/3 Degen L3 is in a tough spot. We’ve received terrible service from our providers, and apologies aren’t cutting it. Outages and lost user funds are unacceptable, especially from companies claiming to specialize in this.

Thanks for taking care of this. I suggest that the form has fields where user enters their own address, the send transaction hash on Degen Chain, and the receive transaction hash on Base, so that a claim can be verified. I can help with preparing scripts that would verify the claims (using Airstack graphql API). Let me know if you need any help.

Thank you Jacek. My thought was it was a major red flag when the chain went down for extended period of time. Was willing to give them a second chance but this is by far one of the worst ran rollups in the ecosystem. It starts by making change, I look forward to it!

what about rugs? I lost more. ty $goat, launched by @shiiiiison.eth interesting I did dyor. farcaster succes story , one guy opened a farcaster account etc. @shiiiiison.eth also followed by @dwr.eth , @ted etc too. everything in fc going to be scam or rug. $ticker was a good sign to get rid of here but we prefer to stay. even degen dumped 95% it decided to be memecoin again lmao.

I've been through this problem, too. I used the Relay Bridge site. I've come back on this, Nobody listened to me. I'm glad you're going to refund the lost amount. However, it took me a week to get my Degen chain degen, so I couldn't do anything.

I’ve also experienced this problem and posted previously about it. Last night was the first time I was able to bridge between degen and base without significantly losing degen, however those transactions are pending for 12+ hours.
