In hindsight the warpcast autofollow list was actually a social capital incentive that effectively turned power users into advocates for the protocol The users on the auto follow list had an incentive to grow the protocol because social capital accrued to them Kinda similar to a token in that sense

yeah – do you remember they did a purge at one point? i remember losing like some large amount of followers there is a funny ... trust inversion thing w the follower number

I wonder if there’s a way to do a purge before moving to Snapchain. But looks like it’s up to each client to figure out how to handle this. I could see a future where a client filters out everyone except those with some kind of zk web proof
