My friend Clara, she has a good BS radar. Similar to Jessica Livingston. I think that’s what makes recruiters good.

I think we need some proper web3 recruiters. The industry is mature enough for this and has been for some time already. Yet LinkedIN is filled with 'web3 focused recruiters' who don't know anything about the industry, they just try and get the 'cool clients'.
