Cursor with a good rules setup and workflow

I’ve been using cursor for about 8 months now and I always recommend it 
I’ve never used windsurf  so I can’t really say anything about it

I ask this in all my dev interviews and cursor tends to be the most pop. I feel like it’s latest update with Agent vs Ask toggle has degraded the performance tho
