I do this every 3 months as well; however, every time I do it, I keep falling asleep throughout the day and I get insomnias around day 10. Definitely a challenge for me lol

Listening to music during runs is... so OP. My run today was pretty sluggish relative to my usual numbers and I somehow couldn't push myself to go any faster, and then I finished the podcast (mike+dom on eth2 roadmap) and started listening to the right song and I pretty much immediately just sped up by like 15%.

Convex mindset be like: So you say that it's HEALTHY to drink WATER? Well, if you take that idea to its LOGICAL CONCLUSION, you end up essentially advocating for people to put a GARDEN HOSE down their throats and pour WATER in until they're DEAD. So maybe this WATER thing ISN'T SO WISE AFTER ALL.

Suggestion: renaming this channel to "d/acc" and debate the most relevant cryptographic primitives to blockchains (zk, 2PC/MPC, FHE, witness encryption, etc) + applications/PoC/ideas Alternative: create a new channel for this? (even though both channels will overlap)
