AI and crypto need bespoke recruiters like high-end matchmakers that really get to know their clients and broker matches. It doesn’t make sense if you’re innovating that jobs would track directly to the letter of past experience. There is a lot of (skilled) work here going un-done to detriment of industry.

Definitely. People call it a recruiting agency, but the cost is not worth it for startups. So we would need something human-like, witty, low-cost, maybe an AI agency?

What about referrals ? Have always worked with early stage startups and 9 out of 10 times they rely on referrals and personal job posts

Great insight! Actually, I am considering referrals service right now. What is the key and hard part about connecting the right person with your network?

I think the only hard part here is finding a fit between the company and the person. Referrals save you a lot of time, you can call it the first filter For the hard part The employer needs to have that ability to look into the skills of a person and decide whether this is the person who will get shit done.
