Been playing some twilight imperium to kick off the new year… anyone else play?

It is one that I have been interested in...but the long play time has made anyone in my close board game group unwilling to try it out...

games are super long, we had a 5-player game go 8 hours, and the 6 player game we’re doing in table top simulator takes around 1.5 hours a turn lmao

@sardius I would be open to it, if I had folks willing to teach and play a game for a long stretch…but even then, it would probably be a “every once in awhile”. The time it takes to play is a hard threshold to overcome. 😉

I’m intrigued though…and it must for fun enough for some people to repeat play…
