I don’t think I’d count the collagen peptides as part of your protein count since they’re incomplete proteins mostly focused on skin elasticity and won’t usually go towards a daily protein count.

Unless you’re pumping like Arnold, 84g of protein is a LOT for one serving and your body to process.

that's a lot for a single serving, at least for me, idk I'd like to space them around 3hrs, and capped to 30-40g some believed it help, some don't, I guess it depends on the time you have
