Some days you smash your PRs and feel incredible about it. Other days you put in your gym clothes, sit at home, and alternate "I should really go work out" and "I need to be productive" and do neither for the whole day. Fitness is a grind, it might not get easier but it's a daily reminder to work at it.

I started 2022 weighing 248 pounds, prediabetic, with awful health problems overall. Today I'm 210, losing weight a lot faster than in the past, and my bloodwork is almost fully normal. I've got quite a bit to go, but we're trending in the right direction. Here's five things that worked for me:
