Great cautionary tale. vividly shows why Stage 0 is not enough. "not your keys, not your chain" is a pretty cursed concept, but that's what happened here. I'm not sold on the "rollups are just like AWS servers" idea. Better to have carefully run, L2beat-policed rollups, each with no single owner or point of failure.
