It really feels like the only way to materialise what the founders have in them. A bit like the “practice makes perfect” saying, where perfect means fit to both market and founders’ internals. One tricky part, though, is that there is still co-evolution. Founders’ repeats must be adaptive too, at least in message delivery.

Good take. It is annoying but actually useful, refining over and over the messages is part of the path to pmf
