9 months ago @gauntlet left a $1.6M contract with Aave to build on Morpho. Now @gauntlet is generating over $3.4M ARR on Morpho. They don't need to be friends with me to be paid. They have full ownership of their contracts and fees.

DeFi’s ideal App UX is: - User comes with whatever wallet (EOA, smart account, …). - No new address created. - No new smart contract or wallet deployed. - Minimal set of approvals, ideally only signatures and no tx. - A single transaction, batching any set of interactions with any protocol (including those with callbacks) - Gas can be sponsored. - Only relies on trustless immutable code to work. The Morpho protocol team has been cooking….

Was a bit doubtful of Ledger Stax when it was announced, but have been using it for a month and it is actually an excellent product: - decoded signatures (vhelpful on Safe) - much less clicks - easy to recognize ledgers with images and inscriptions - the magnet is addictive

When Morpho Optimizer, Morpho’s first protocol, reached PMF, many urged us to launch the MORPHO token. At the time, I strongly opposed this idea. Despite becoming a multi-billion dollar protocol, we lacked a clear path to truly disrupt lending in defi and beyond. Now that Morpho (Blue) has also achieved PMF, and there are no foreseeable scaling limits to this model, I'm excited for the MORPHO token to become transferable on Thursday!
