i listen to music and cry till I am satisfied 🤣 but sometimes i listen to music , i go out and have a drink or i go for swimming , I'm alone most of the time so i go out and have fun or play games

i can’t lie, there are some days i usually feel like screaming my lungs out due to frustration, but most times, i like to be alone, i tend to isolate myself from the rest of the world to get myself back

Music has always been my form of therapy. Happy,sad, angry what ever form of emotion I be processing right at any particular period of time I just listen to music, that's my only source of euphoria

This is a good one, Actually, in moments when I get overwhelmed, I tend to take a walk, to clear my mind, gaze at the clear sky, and try to journal, and pour out my mind I often feel better after this practice

When I get overwhelmed I just stop what I'm doing and take a stroll, or play FIFA 🤔 or listen to classical music. It calms me and I'm able to focus again.

I'm very big on not letting things get to me. So I always distract myself. Music, anime, design or learn something new. Or I tale a long stroll and clear my head. It works for me half the time.

I actually plan on learning from this discussion 😭😭 I am not so great at managing my emotions, it is something I struggle with but I think one thing that works sometimes is taking deep breaths, it is smth so little but it does the trick sometimes, I will like to hear from you also though

I have fidget toys that helps in situations like this I take my fidget toys everywhere they help me manage my emotions a lot. On days I feel overwhelmed, I just take one of my fidget toys and go to a quiet and relaxing place It helps to calm me down🫶🏻💕

When I’m feeling overwhelmed, I normally focus on deep breathing, breaking tasks into smaller steps, and taking short breaks to regain clarity.. watch a few shows to brighten my mood. Icl these help me stay grounded and manage my emotions most times
