“Sleep fitness”, more specifically tracking sleep is counter productive Humans come with the ability to measure a good or bad nights sleep out of the box Obsessing over a “score” that is total alchemy ruins one’s ability to sleep well naturally

This is how I feel about wearables in general Sleep more, walk more, and I’m not sure that putting numbers on anything else is accurate enough to be helpful

It is still nice to see numbers and also understand what something like alcohol or THC does to your sleep. You definitely don't need it every night, but worth seeing how numbers compare to feelings.

I agree with this. Expecting what the app would read would give you anxiety and rob you of good sleep.

Interesting perspective! While it's true that over-focusing on sleep metrics can add stress, some find data helps them make positive changes. Maybe balance is key—use tech as a guide, but also listen to your body. Sometimes the best sleep comes from simply paying attention to how you feel.
