One of my favorite tools in a kitchen under $10.00 Matfer Dough Card -----------------Why? #1: Keeps cutting board clean at all times while working through different tasks. Reduces paper towels or reusable cloth towels, scoops mise en place making it easy to transfer to different vessels or where it will be cooked.

they make cheaper versions of dough card but you should get the matfer dough card as its made in france and they have best quality

Plastic for softer doughs like za and vegetable, meat, mise en preparations. Bench scrapers (metal) are great for firmer doughs like sourdough, portioning bread, and cleaning up bread preparations or work surfaces from sticky dough. Enjoy friend
