#1: Keeps cutting board clean at all times while working through different tasks. Reduces paper towels or reusable cloth towels, scoops mise en place making it easy to transfer to different vessels or where it will be cooked.

can find on amazon around 14-15. if you visit local culinary store you can find for under 10.00.

after using this, you will be upset when you dont have it to do those wanky tasks like chop herbs, garlic, mince meat, cleaning protein off of a cutting board, etc. The way it scraps the board is second to none.

they make cheaper versions of dough card but you should get the matfer dough card as its made in france and they have best quality
