Currently re-reading Green Pilled (ebook) by Kevin Owocki, Founder of Gitcoin, to better understand his views on regenerative crypto economics 🌱 https://i.imgur.com/QU6CUlF.jpg

Physical. I like that it’s something you can feel and write notes freely in. And one less reason to use a screen for (gotta give the eyes a break!).

Would say I’m 90% physical and 10% digital. Digital better for traveling ofc

I like the aesthetic of physical books and sense of linear progression. Highlighting/notetaking is more convenient with digital so I’ve come around to preferring digital books for close engagement. Physical for art/design books or aesthetically pleasing editions of books I love.

Two-tiered approach: read the ebook, and then buy the hardcover (yes, hardcover >> softcover) if I really like it!

If it’s leisure reading physical. Something I need to skim for work or to renew a board exam digital.

Prefer kindle for highlights and exporting them, but if it’s a visual heavy book I like physical. Also have some older one, kind of like to collect older documents whether they’re books, maps, etc

I haven’t read a physical book in over a decade. I’m convinced I’m not missing anything… but am I wrong??? (Spoiler: nope I’m right)

I’ve gone back and forth on this so many times. But I think I’ve settled on physical books. I really like having lots of books around. It’s like constantly reminding you about knowledge you’ve read or should read.
