Trying our best—ShapeShift recently launched a series of Jokeraces where we grabbed some of the top wallets and had them active onchain with their communities bracket-style to battle eachother to determine who is the ultimate wallet once and for all. Currently over halfway done with the contests and we have seen increasing amounts of people coming out to vote and participate! It has been awesome seeing some of the bigger brands like @rainbowdotme and @safe come out and really rally an onchain community of voters. Richer data for marketers and product people, more relevance for customers (plus upside of economic incentives) make it a win win

I always feel grounded when I do tree pose or chair. As much as the heat sometimes sucks from those positions, it reminds me that I am alive but also that I am so strong in being able to preserver :)

Just wrapped up day one, and it gave me a much-needed pause to be present with myself. I really felt the different parts of my spine that usually go unnoticed throughout the day, and it was a great reminder to do something just for me. Coming back from a marathon injury + a car accident body, this stretch boosted my confidence in moving again and feeling normal again. It’s been a nice little way to start reconnecting with my body. Because tbh I miss doing that

Been using this app called brain.fm while I work and just go about my day to provide some background noise. Tbh it’s been helping me focus a ton and I feel REALLY great when I’m doing things with it on. Music always feels entertaining BUT distracting
