Day 1: Self-awareness for Growth Mental Challenge: Focus on becoming aware of where you are today, mentally and physically. Challenge yourself to feel the moment in a difficult pose or many of them. Physical Focus: Foundational poses like mountain pose, tree pose, weathervane, and cat-cow are great for this. Sun salutations are also fantastic. Suggested Practice: Gentle flow to connect breath and body. Sun salutations or other. Suggested Length: 15 mins Post-Practice Reflection : "How did today’s practice of self-awareness open your higher self?"

Just wrapped up day one, and it gave me a much-needed pause to be present with myself. I really felt the different parts of my spine that usually go unnoticed throughout the day, and it was a great reminder to do something just for me. Coming back from a marathon injury + a car accident body, this stretch boosted my confidence in moving again and feeling normal again. It’s been a nice little way to start reconnecting with my body. Because tbh I miss doing that
