Why the hell use Roam AND Obsidian AND HackMD AND Gitbook?? Just use one of them and lose the constant exhaustive context switching. Obsidian >>>>

It is not tiring for me. Each for specific modes. I am a one-man enterprise level nerd. Obsidian is too orderly. Roam handles the usual bidirectional thinking better than it. Obsidian is better for large scale organized writing. Gitbook for clients. HackMD is practical anywhere for notes to be shared.

How do you handle editing gitbook? I just find the UI flow to edit it so cumbersome. Do you connect it to a git repo and then edit the md files locally?

I usually edit it from the VSCode directly into Github repo and pull from there.
