-What core workouts would you like to include? -Do you need a proper warm-up regime? If so- like a total body?

Well I think I'm ok. Planks are the best bang for buck core movement? I try to do those but I dont like them. Id like to keep it simple. My warm up is ok. 10 min on stair master. Then some bodyweight stuff. Squats. Twisting torso. Getting loose. And before I lift I always do the movement with just the bar for one set.

Love it - simple and effective. I would recommend adding in rotation core movements and chops (high and low). 100% add back extensions- side planks (maybe Copenhagen planks- bear plank variations - deadbugs
