During the pandemic I did invisalign for about 2 years. It was painful and uncomfortable at the beginning, and I was pretty self conscious, but it got much better and I'm very happy with the result!

there is SO much extra effort to put in compared to braces tho that i did not know about??

On my second set after doing it a couple years ago. Some hit hard some aren't bad but end results worth it! Way better than braces

I'm about 8 months into it. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes.
