I still have a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth; it's the only thing that's made my bottom teeth not shift! I just have the loopy flosser to stick it through. I also wear my top traditional style retainer nightly. My OG one broke, I replaced it with the plastic one, and I broke it when cleaning it 😆 I clean my retainer daily also otherwise it tastes BAD

i am very excited for this bc I’ve had permanent retainers since i was 12 and flossing sucks with those 😂
