please, how do i fix low self esteem?

having an epiphany i am my biggest critic and it's killing me that i can't even accept compliments, my immediate reaction is to deny and move on

I have been working on this in therapy for a while! Sooo many learnings and still so much farther to go.

i knew i wanted to try a specific type of therapy that incorporates mindfulness & meditation, so i first researched if there were any clinics that specialized in that & found my therapist through one of these

i would suggest looking for therapists that practice ACT (acceptance & commitment therapy) :)
