Internet friends. What should I make when I have too many peaches?

peach cobbler with a brown sugar and oat crumble
peach ice cream
poached peaches
pavlova with peaches & cream (i like to macerate the peaches with lemon juice and pepper)
i've also done a savoury peach puree for lamb meatballs (herbed with a combo of mint, rosemary, thyme, sage, and/or oregano)

i grew up with a peach tree in my backyard :)
