I was told to focus on this when I was younger and didnβt know why. A quick search pulled this: It could be wrong but I was curious tooβ¦ B1: Helps convert carbohydrates to glucose, which can prevent high-energy symptoms like hyperactivity B6: Helps with alertness and can decrease anxiety-like symptoms B9: Helps synthesize serotonin in the brain, which can improve focus and control impulsive behavior B12: A deficiency can cause hyperactivity and low concentration
