How would you prioritize the importance of candidate’s hard skills, soft skills, and culture fit?

Great question! This is extremely team dependent. At our size, in our industry, and with our culture, I'd rank like this: 

- culture fit
- soft skills 
- hard skills

huge caveat though that "culture fit" should really be "culture add" and is a pretty broad term :)
