Does anybody know if it's possible to token-gate a group chat in Farcaster?

I feel like this would provide a lot of utility to Clanker tokens.

It would be really cool if you could tokengate a group chat on Warpcast with a set amount of ERC20 tokens

Examples:
1M $DEGEN
2M $ANON
100k $HIGHER

I was able to spin up group chats easily using an arbitrary list of fids from an attestation 

But I didn’t look into doing further gating (like where it kicks users who no longer meet the conditions)

@gabrielayuso.eth is there a way we could reuse modbot to manage who can join a private group chat?

@haole was looking into supporting group chat member management with modbot

When are you going to release the new group feature publicly? Looks like I need to prioritize this.

Nice still have time. I can directly use Frames v2 for this?

We've been granting access to anyone requesting it. No set date but likely first thing January.
