How do you manage back-to-back runs? If I try to do that my body breaks down.

Like Alex said the main thing is proper fuelling during and after; during run make sure your eating simple sugars about every 15-20ish minutes from the start and water when needed and after making sure to have a nice mix of carbs and proteins to replenish glycogen stores and give the building blocks needed to adapt

I've just finally got back into it, got pretty lazy on runs over the last year. 1. Proper fuel 2. Don't run for speed run for progress 3. Lots of rest
