everytime i max out my daily protein intake, i feel a little nauseous why does this happen

Everyone has a protein source that works best for their body. Many of my clients have complained of nausea when increasing their intake, and the common factor among them was that they were using protein powder or bars to supplement their protein.

If you continue to feel uncomfortable, try changing your protein source. And if possible, focus on natural foods for your intake.

thank you! ive tried natural sources but its just way too much food and i feel overly full what’s your go-to protein rich foods? (Apart from the usual like chicken breast, cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt etc.)
