Parents should get an extra vote delegated to them when their child is born

how exactly does it work? do parents vote for kids? what if kids disagrees with parent (many teenagers do)?

I think you would have to delegate when you register

The teenager thing is basically the same as a car, it’s up to the parents when and how you get to use it
