it seems like network states haven't really addressed safety especially wrt sexual violence, and i think a lot of ppl / women will be hesitant to jump in until they do

That said, is this the kind of thing network states need to uniquely address vs adopting existing norms or letting society at large address it?

Who’s doing the best job addressing sexual assault/harassment today? What’s required to copy their approach?

it's maybe helpful to imagine the worst case scenario (i use prospera just b/c i think it's a well known one not saying anything about their ethics)

prospera has enough incidents happen that a consensus emerges it's friendly to sex pests and predators amongst a large enough # of ppl that they lobby the host country

so i mean much like an event / event org it is in a NS's best interest to do enough to at least have plausible deniability that they are intentionally creating a bad environment
