yo coinbase, wtf? you put my account in withdraw-only mode. no info on why or what to do about it. afaik nothing's changed on my end, so.... is this a passive aggressive way of telling me to stop using your product?

im generally not a fan of this customer support via social media shaming, but i've been emailing and chatting with your support for weeks, been transferred around a half-dozen people and departments, ive gotten nowhere

they banned me after i submitted legal name change documentation which remains despite having 2 different ppl who work for them escalate it good chance it's something kyc related

yea thats my best guess too, though who knows. wish they'd just tell you "hey we need more kyc" or something

right!! it's so weird but i'm guessing it's either due to regulatory disclosure rules or potential liability if they get too far into details
